Happy birthday to Stuck Sketches

Stuck?! Sketches is celebrating it's 5th birthday this month

I have so many exciting things happening for you, the readers. In addition to our two regular sketches, there will be two bonus sketches. These will be revealed on the 5th and 20th when there is normally our second half of the CT inspiration. And with so many sketches, there is not 1 but 2 guest designers as well!

Sadly this is my last month with Stuck it's time i move on but had a ball at Stuck Sara designs such verstaile sketches so easy to work with
later this month, Sara will be revealing who the new Creative Team members are and getting to know them better.

But now it's time for the first sketch

Just lately i've been using older photos it seems i'm running out of new subjects just like we all do at some stage whether the kids get older and they hate photos, they leave home to study or make a future for themselves so we have to look in other place for photos ....
so this one is from a holiday at the coast not even sure of the date

I wanted to lighten the background somewhat so i used some light gesso and look at the strips of colour this is because the reverse side has heavy strips ...all in all interesting technique

thanks friends for coming to my humble blog xoxo

Know exactly what you're talking about re the photos. Too bad I had no idea I would be scrapping a few years on from when I took all those photos, they are far too busy and totally un-scrappable. Great memories though :)) Cool background, love it when you go experimenting! Mwah!
