2 Crafty June inspiration by Lindy Gillespie

Welcome everyone and what a lovely day it is
Today i have the pleasure in bringing you some
inspiration pages with some fabulous 2 Crafty chippies.

Riot of Colour

When i first saw the Flamingo chipboard
i knew excatly what photo i'd use, you see
I went to the Singapore Zoo and saw these magnificent birds.

I gave them a light coat of gesso  then inked them with
Ingvild Bolme ink Sand then edged them with Rusty Keys.

                                                                          Chippies used
                                                                         Flamingos
                                                                          Polaroid Frame
                                                                          Birds in flight
                                                                          Chicken Wire
                                                                          Buttons
                                                                          Corner Arches
                                                                          2012

Some closies  of the Arches which  I first cut it into sections
and then  inked with Rusty Arch,
the chicken wire was also inked but this time using
                                                          Dry Sand.
The 2012 and the buttons i just inked in rusty Keys

Again i used the Rusty Keys ink on the bird

Home is where your heart is.

The photo in this layout is our
present house which we've lived in for nearly 20 years
so needless to say lots of memories here.
                                                                 The Corner Sign Post
was just perfect match for the design of the page.

                                                                      products used
                                                                       Corner Sign post
                                                                       Maggie's Swirl
                                                                       Anthea's  Butterfly
Home is where the heart is
                                                                       circle of chipboard

On the Conner sign post i just inked with versa mark Gingerbread,
i gave the word a little different treatment starting with some
Tea Dye distress ink and when dry just brushed over it with
                                                        Versa Mark Jumping Java

I gave the same treatment to the Swirl the circle
and the butterfly chippie and stamped with a
                                                                       script stamp

Finally i have a layout from earlier on in the month

Amazing layouts all of them, love how you've used different colour combos but they all have that unique touched-by-Lindy look. Always wonderfully pulled together, always with fab photos - gotta love 'em flamingos!! - and beautiful background work. You certainly are rocking the chippies!!! xoxoxo
