with such a variety of colours this week and the challenge was

6 layers 4 buttons and 2 papers

was a little hard what track to take

I choose the softer colours using the Melissa Francis

5th Avenue, MS doily coloured seam binding

kaiser flowerand card for the layers

The inspiration this week is monochromatic card

at the shabby tea room

i choose pink which i rarely do

so thought i'd go all pretty

used some tissue paper from the new collection range

ans some other papers she has bought out

and a Prima butterfly and rose flower

and for good measure some buttons

This week at Shabby Tea room

i went with the pink theme

This week over at Shabby Tea Room

we had to GET CREATIVE

so no pattern paper

i made my own background using a Prima stamp

and some mini Hero Arts stamps

this card is very simple for me

all stamping and not a ribbon in sight

I'll be away as from tomorrow for about 2 weeks

so hope to catch up on some challenges

when i get back

Such great inspiration for the Shabby Tea Room

and Cathy asks us to create a card or

project with a 'Winter' theme!

The temps are burrrr ... cold outside in most

 parts of the world these days,

so this one should be easy for us all!

Pull out those mittens

 snowflakes, snowmen and get creatin'!

 We cannot wait to see what you come up with :)

In my little part of the world it's very rare

to get any snow in Winter

so i've gone with the tree as inspiration

 

Week #45 White and Bright

the challenge was to use white or cream

plus one other colour

my card below is white and pale aqua
